Each dog breed has a different build. And again, individual dogs of the same breed are individually built. Big, small, thick and skinny – the different evolutionary varieties and individual feeding concepts of the dog owner –dogs come in any shape. This is why there cannot be a one-fits-all cut, no optimal fit only depending on the size. Have a look at the should height of a Pinscher which is quite equal to a dachshunds, but comparing these two the difference is the lengths of the bodies. The Retriever might have the same height and length as the Galgo Español, but its whole torso is much broader than the lean greyhounds. And that is why I have developed my cut to not only adjust to the height, but also length and width of the dog, at the same time allowing for adaptation with regard to the musculosceletal system of short- and long-legged dogs..
The size specification divided into S, M, L, XL doesnt fit any dog. And yet, your dog can be dressed just right for any occasion, be it for pouring rains, frost or 'dinner for three' - the coat fits.
